Basics
What is Fapify?
Fapify is an independent guide and starting point for turning one still photo from your phone into a short AI video clip. You shoot or pick a photo, upload it, choose a template and get a clip back. The buttons on this site open the generator that does the actual work.
Is Fapify a companion app?
No. There is nothing to talk to or message. It is a photo-to-video flow: one image in, one short clip out. You pick the look from templates and the generator does the rest.
How long does a clip take?
The generator advertises about two minutes. Longer clips or higher quality settings can take longer, and busy times can add waiting. Treat two minutes as a typical target, not a promise.
Is the first clip really free?
The generator advertises that your first generation is free. Free offers can change, and you may need to sign in first, so check the screen you see before you confirm anything.
Do I need to download an app?
Nothing to install. Open the generator in your phone's browser. Some browsers also let you add a website to your home screen for one-tap access, which is optional.
Photos
What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo with your face clearly visible and not covered by sunglasses, hair or a hand. Natural light or a bright sign beats a dark room. Our photo tips page has the full checklist.
Which file types and sizes can I upload?
The generator states JPG and PNG, up to 7 MB. If your phone saves photos in another format, export a copy as JPG first. Very small or heavily compressed images tend to give weaker results.
Should my photo be vertical or horizontal?
The generator recommends vertical photos for at least one of its modes, and vertical suits a phone screen anyway. Keep your whole subject in frame and leave a little room around your head.
Can I use a photo of someone else?
No. Use photos of yourself only. The generator's terms ask you to confirm you are the person in the photo and not to upload anyone without their consent. Never use a minor, a stranger or an ex.
Can I use a screenshot or a photo I found online?
Please don't. Screenshots are usually low resolution, and photos from the internet are almost never yours to use. Take a fresh photo instead; it takes ten seconds and looks better.
Credits
How do credits work?
The generator uses a credit balance. Credits are spent on generations, you can top up, and you can see your history. Plans exist as well. Our credits page explains what we do and do not know.
How much does a clip cost?
We do not publish prices because we cannot confirm them, and they can change. The generator shows a cost line in its own settings before you generate. Look at that number, not at ours.
Do credits expire?
The generator's own text says credits never expire. Policies can change, so confirm it in the product before you buy a large amount.
What if a generation fails?
The generator's on-screen text says a failed generation is refunded. Its written terms are stricter and say used credits are generally final. Both exist, so keep a screenshot of any failure and use the in-product support if something looks wrong.
Can I get a refund if I do not like the result?
The written terms say purchases and used credits are generally not refundable, including for dissatisfaction. AI output can include glitches, so try your free first clip before you spend anything.
Phone
Can I do the whole thing from my phone?
Uploading and generating from a phone browser is supported. We have not verified every step of saving a finished clip without a computer, so we will not promise it. Our phone guide covers what we know.
Where does my finished clip go?
Finished clips are kept in your collection inside the generator, which needs you to be signed in. From there you look for the download option. The file type and size are shown by the generator, not by us.
Do I have to sign in?
Parts of the product, including your saved collection, need an account. The generator offers sign-in with Google, Telegram or an email code. Pick the one you already trust.
Results
Will the clip look exactly like my photo?
It should start from your photo, but AI video can add glitches such as odd hands, flickering details or a face that drifts. Sharper photos and simpler poses reduce that. Nothing is guaranteed.
Can I change the result?
After a clip finishes, the generator offers follow-ups such as making a video longer, trying a different pose from the same photo, or generating again. Each may use credits.
How long are the clips?
Short. Think a few seconds, not a film. Duration options exist in the generator and can differ by plan, so check the settings screen.
Safety
Is it for adults only?
Yes. The generator requires users to be at least eighteen, or the age of majority where they live if higher. This site is for adults too. If you are younger, please leave.
What happens to my photo?
Your photo goes to the generator, not to us. We never receive it. The generator says it keeps uploads until you delete them, and that deleting your account is permanent. Read its policy before you upload.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
Anything about your account, uploads, credits or billing is handled by the in-product support inside the generator. This site has no inbox and cannot see your account.
Why does this site have affiliate links?
The buttons are affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. That is why we also tell you what we cannot promise.
Still unsure? Try one photo.
Pick one photo, upload it, choose a template. The first generation is advertised as free.
