These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fapify at fapify.fun ("the site", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

Fapify is an independent, informational website. It explains how to turn a still photo taken on a phone into a short AI video clip, and it links to a separate generator that provides that service. We do not operate the generator, we do not process uploads, we do not sell credits and we do not take payments.

2. Adults only

You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to use this site or follow its links. The site is not intended for anyone younger, and we do not knowingly serve them.

3. Your own photos and consent

You may use the generator only with photos of yourself. You must not upload a photo of another person unless they have given clear, informed consent, and the generator's own terms are stricter: they ask you to confirm you are the person depicted. You must never use images of minors, images you found online, or images you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for every photo you upload and every clip you create.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the information on this site, or the generator it links to, to harass, defame, impersonate or deceive anyone; to create or share content without the consent of the people depicted; to break the law; or to break the rules of any platform where you post. If you share a clip, you remain responsible for where, how and with whom you share it, and for telling people when something is AI-generated where the law or a platform requires it.

5. Affiliate links and disclosure

Buttons and links on this site that lead to the generator are affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our descriptions try to be accurate and balanced, and they include limits and caveats, but we may benefit if you use the links.

6. The generator is separate

Everything you do on the generator, including creating an account, uploading photos, spending credits, subscribing, downloading clips and contacting support, is governed by the generator's own terms and privacy policy, and it is between you and its operator. We are not a party to that relationship. Features, prices, offers, credit costs, refund rules, storage periods and availability can change without notice, and we may not be told. Always check the generator before you rely on anything we say.

7. No guarantees about results

AI-generated video can contain errors, distortions and flickering details, and may not look like your photo or like our samples. Waiting times, quality, length and cost are set by the generator, not by us. Words such as "about two minutes" and "first generation free" describe what the generator advertises. They are not promises made by this site.

8. Sample content

Photographs and videos on this site are AI-generated illustrations. They do not show real customers or real uploads, and they should not be read as a guarantee of any particular result.

9. Intellectual property

The text, layout, images and videos on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and you may not copy them for commercial use without asking. The page layout is based on a third-party template under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence, as noted in the footer. Content you create with the generator is governed by the generator's terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Information on the site is general guidance, not professional, legal or financial advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of the generator, from content you create or share, from money you spend with a third party, or from reliance on information on this site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Links to other sites

The site links to a third-party generator. We do not control it and we are not responsible for its content, availability, security or practices.

13. Changes

We may change these Terms or the site at any time. The "last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Severability and local law

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights that apply where you live are not affected by these Terms.
